An FS is a one-on-one, hands on lesson with a NeuroMovement® practitioner where the student is guided through a variety of movements. It allows the brain the opportunity to upgrade and create new neural pathways for ease of movement. Depending on the lesson, the student may be on a table laying down, in sitting or in standing. For best possible outcomes FS lessons are done in a series within a few days or a week. This series of lessons is called an “intensive.” They are not intense by the usual definition, we simply call grouping lessons together “an intensive.” This immersive approach gives the brain a better chance to change from the habitual patterns, allowing new patterns and possibilities to take hold.

TMLs are verbally guided lessons that are not hands on. They can be private or in group settings. The practitioner leads the student(s) through a series of movements either laying on a mat, in sitting or in standing. Throughout the duration of the lesson, the student explores different movements using Anat Baniel’s 9 Essentials for enhanced well-being and ease of movement.
We all can learn to move easier. Whether you are someone who is differently abled, an athlete/musician/high performer, someone suffering from stroke, chronic pain, are navigating the challenges of aging, or maybe you simply want to do what you already do, but better and with greater ease. This work is for everyone. This work is for you!
